Our Strawberry jam is made exclusively with Oregon Strawberries. Oregon strawberries are simply sweeter, redder and better. They may be smaller than those from warmer states, but they pack more flavor per ounce, a taste wallop that can't be beat. To brighten and preserve the flavor we add lemon juice and lemon zest to the mix. We think the combination is perfect for jam, giving it a complex flavor that complements many foods. Favorite uses are mixing into plain yogurt, on deserts like ice cream, cheesecake or just plain toast or muffins. Some young jammers simply eat it straight from the jar. Since introduction, it has been our best seller. We just like the taste!
